Returns are accepted within 1 day of receiving your order.
To ensure product integrity and quality preservation, returns beyond this period cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged.
The original purchase invoice is required for all returns or exchanges.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition, including packaging and any accompanying accessories.
Full returns are available only for non-discounted items, within 1 day from the delivery date.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return; however, they may be exchanged within 1 day, subject to the same conditions.
Exchanges are not allowed.
