Return and Exchange Policy

The sale, the purchase of, and the use of the products available on this website are governed by the terms and conditions of use and service.

When purchasing or sending an email you are agreeing to received general emails and notifications regarding your order.

The store may choose to accept or not to accept or cancel your order in some cases, for example if the product you want to buy is not available or if the product was wrongly priced or if the order turns out to be fraudulent, the site will return your payment for the orders that are not accepted or canceled.

The Site reserves the right to make any modifications or changes to the Site and its related policies and agreements including the Privacy Policy as well as the of the Terms and Conditions of Service and the terms of replacement and return.

All products are returned within a maximum of 3 days of receipt of the order, and in order to preserve the quality of the product and the validity of conservation, it cannot be returned after that unless there is a problem or defect in the product.

In the event of a defect or manufacturing error, the product will be returned after reporting it.

We apologize for exchanging or returning items that has been modified upon the client’s request (engraving) and exchanging or returning cosmetics is not permitted for public health precautions.

There are a few specific cases in which a product cannot be returned
Upon submission of a return request after the specified time, which is 3 days from the date of receipt for the products
· When using the product, when it is damaged, when it is not in the same condition as when you received it, or when the product safety adhesive has been removed
· Consumer products used or installed
· Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed
· Products without price tags, stickers, original cover, or lack of any accessories
