Terms and Conditions for Purchasing from Laure

Dear Customer, to organize the purchasing process, please read the following before completing your purchase, as completing the purchase or using the website or affiliated applications will be considered acceptance of these terms:

1. Product Display
Displaying and marketing products on the website should not be interpreted in any way as a recommendation that the product will meet the customer's needs and desires. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product suits their needs by reviewing the information provided on each product page, reading the descriptive pages, understanding them, and asking any questions before completing the purchase.

2. Shipping and Delivery
1. The customer must enter the recipient’s name and delivery address accurately. If there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause shipment delays, failed delivery, or incur additional charges from the shipping company or delivery agent. The delivery company may also request to verify the recipient's identity to match the name before handing over the order.
2. The expected delivery time is an estimate. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but the order may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the store's control.
3. The order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer, such as the customer’s unavailability at the delivery location, not answering the delivery agent’s calls, or requesting a change in the delivery address. In such cases, the store and the shipping company are not responsible for the delay.
4. The customer must inspect the order and the product before accepting the shipment and before the delivery agent leaves. If the shipment arrives with internal damage, the customer must inform the shipping company before accepting the order and then immediately notify the store.

3. Returns and Exchanges
1. All goods sold (excluding personal items) are eligible for return within seven (7) days of receipt (and within three (3) days for sale or discount items). The refunded amount will be returned to the customer after deducting any applicable fees as per the outlined policies. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
2. The refund amount will be returned to the customer through a bank transfer within 7 business days after the store receives the returned product. If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card according to the card issuer’s specified timeline.

4. Offers and Discounts
    All offers expire at the end of their specified date or once stock is depleted.

5. Language and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions have been prepared in Arabic. For customers who are English or non-Arabic speakers, translation of these terms is their responsibility, with no liability on Laure part. In the event of any conflict between the Arabic text and its English translation or any other language translation provided by the customer, the Arabic text will prevail and serve as the official reference.
